Advocacy and grantmaking work hosts many different voices and thoughts. This session focuses on how to best express yourself and better understand the intentions of others when producing solutions and plans.

In this webinar, the emphasis is on how to create coalitions that produce the best grantmaking and advocacy solutions for larger impact projects and solutions.

In order to reach the point of chairing a board, one usually hosts a great many number of talents and treasures. This session focuses on how to work with the strengths and weaknesses of other committee/board members, while also growing as a leader yourself.
