With the possibility of another election on the horizon in Israel, voters now have the opportunity to choose a government that represents their values and their communities.

Dr. Mazal Shaul, Executive Director of WePower and head of the Kol Hanashim (Voice of Women) party, works to make sure women's voices are included in political and public leadership. Women make up just 25% of Israel's Knesset, and Mazal is increasing that number by training promising women leaders, raising awareness of issues facing women, and promoting legislation aimed at gender equity. At JWFNY's next Crown JEWEL Conversation, she will join JWFNY President Rachel Weinstein to discuss the current status of women in Israeli politics and how to get more women into decision-making roles.
